This fantastic apartment, located in front of the torrent of Cala Pi, welcomes 4 people.

There will be no better way to start your day than having breakfast on the terrace while contemplating the spectacular views of the torrent of Cala Pi and enjoying the silence and calm that this accommodation offers. The terrace is also ideal to extend the evenings while having a drink with your companions. Please note that, due to its location in a building, the apartment has direct neighbors.

The cozy interior of the property, which is located on the first floor of the building without a lift, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living-dining room, equipped with AC and Smart TV, is open to the kitchen, which has ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A bathroom with bathtub gives service to the house. If you travel with your baby, we can provide a crib and a highchair.

The house is located in a residential, respectful, and quiet area of the small urbanization of Cala Pi, where you will find a supermarket and a restaurant. For more services, you will have to go to Sa Rapita or Llucmajor. The best thing about the location is that the house is next to the imposing torrent and just a few minutes walk from the beautiful cove of turquoise waters and fine sand. From here begins a wonderful cliff with incredible views. If you feel like it, you can also visit the prehistoric settlement of Talaiot Capocorp Vell, declared a Historic-Artistic Monument in 1931.

- Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed.
- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years old.
