Beautiful and cosy villa with swimming pool in the midst of nature.



This beautiful property is located near the city of Llucmajor, where you will find all services: restaurants, supermarkets, banks, petrol stations, etc. Playa de Palma and Cala Blava are just 8 km away.



The exceptional property has 180 square metres of habitable surface and is prepared for 9 people. Upon entering the house, one enters the cosy living-dining room, followed by the beautiful and fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 sofas, satellite television and WiFi, as well as a fireplace, cooker and air conditioning.

There are 3 bedrooms available in the basement (one with a double bed and two with 2 single beds each) and 2 bathrooms, one of which is in the outdoor area.

All rooms have fans.

The upper floor is designed as a separate studio and even has its own entrance. There is a large living room with 2 sofa beds and 2 single beds. A private bathroom with a bathtub.

The studio is equipped with air conditioning and for the cold season, also with a wood-burning fireplace.



Near the main house, there is a small outdoor kitchen with a barbecue.

In the beautiful garden, fruit trees and several cosy seating areas.



The 9x4m saltwater swimming pool is ideal for cooling off on hot summer days.

The pool is fenced and therefore ideal for holidays with younger children.
