Fantastic villa located near Llucmajor, with a private pool and garden, ideal for 10 guests.
Surrounded by an extensive, well-kept garden, the outdoor area of this house is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. Here, you will find a 17 m x 4.5 m saltwater pool with a depth ranging from 0.90 m to 2 m. Sunbathing, cooling off under the outdoor shower, enjoying a delicious barbecue on one of the terraces, or simply soaking up the peace and natural surroundings are part of everyday life at this estate.

The interior is divided between the two-storey main house and an attached apartment. On the ground floor of the main area, you will find a bright living-dining room, equipped with a Smart TV and a fireplace, open to the dining area. The ceramic hob kitchen has all the utensils you need to cook as if you were at home. On this same floor, there are two bedrooms with two single beds, a wardrobe and a fan, as well as a full bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, you will find two further bedrooms with air conditioning, also with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. They also have direct access to a terrace where you can enjoy mountain views. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. The attached apartment is independent, ideal for those seeking more privacy: it features a living-dining room and a bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
