Welcome to this fabulous villa with private pool in the privileged area of s'Aranjassa (Llucmajor). It has capacity for 6 guests.
When you return from the beach, there is nothing like a relaxing bath in the water salt pool that measures 10 x 5 meters and has a depth of 0.3 to 1.8 meters. There are 8 sun loungers and a terrace area where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue. In this accommodation you can enjoy total privacy.

The house has two floors decorated with exquisite taste. The great living room offers Smart TV and AC. The kitchen-dining room is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In this house there are 3 bedrooms. Two of them are on the ground floor, one with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower, and the other with twin beds. There is another bathroom with shower on this floor. On the first floor there is another bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms have AC. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and highchair.

The villa is located on the outskirts of Llucmajor, in a residential area. To access the farm you will have to travel the last 200 m through an unpaved road. The town offers all the necessary services for an independent stay. The closest beach is El Arenal with a great summer atmosphere, but not far away you will also find dream beaches in the beautiful south of the island such as Es Trenc and Cala Pi.

Excellent villa

We very much enjoyed our stay at Saran. Spacious villa and lovely pool area. Plenty of car parking available. Off the beaten track which was very nice but easy to get to beaches, shops, Luc Mayor was just down the road and other towns easy to get to.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Finca Saran. Man muss wissen, dass die Finca tatsächlich ein wenig abgelegen liegt und die letzten Meter über Stock und Stein zu fahren sind. Man ist hier für sich aber auf ein Auto angewiesen. Llucmajor mit diversen Geschäften und Restaurants ist allerdings in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Ort ist auch definitiv nicht mit Touristen überlaufen. Fanden wir sehr angenehm.Die Finca ist wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Mitte September war es angebracht die Klimaanlagen dazu zu buchen!Auch die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief problemlos. Es gab immer sehr schnell eine Rückmeldung.Einzig ein Gasgrill hat uns gefehlt. Der vorhandene Aussengrill war uns nicht ganz geheuer ;-)
