Towels are old, there’s sticky stuff on the surfaces, were not cleaned at all, the bathroom sink was not clean, toilet was also not cleaned properly, the sliding door to the patio was opened when i got to my room, TV was old and barely works, the AC works good at least and the hot shower. Staff were nice.

It was really good walking distance from the beach! It’s nice and clean and has a lift. The staff are friendly and helpful. We booked the courtyard view room and got a view of the street still. I really enjoyed our stay here.

Okay for a short stay

The walls are very thin, you can hear the other neighbours from all directions. Bring earplugs if you want to sleep, especially at weekends. The location is excellent.

The hotel has a very good location. The beach and the promenade are only 3 minutes walk away. But the hotel rooms are not so big. I recommend to book with balcony. We had a balcony. The room without a balcony is too small.

This hotel was nothing fancy, you're literally paying for convenience. It's mixed in with residential and hotels so it's not an up to date area. But walking distance to the beach/boardwalk, shops and restaurants. Our balcony door did not lock properly but it wasn't a big deal for us. Towels were limited. If you're going to be out all day then this hotel is a good deal.

I would like to warn people about choosing this area for your holiday - not because of the hotel itself, which is ok (although giving very backpacker and youngsters vibe) and the staff was very helpful and friendly - but the area is just terrible and sketchy. I stayed here for two nights to be close to the airport for my morning flight and paying less cause of that, but I would much rather have paid a lot more to stay where I initially did. (Illetas) The area is messy, dirty, a lot of people just hanging around, dark alleys at night, feels very unsafe. We were even warned upon checking in that we could not walk around with our phones, ID, wallet, camera etc visible, which I think says enough. Oh and also, close to impossible finding available parking which left us far away from the hotel and having to walk back in the dark. Super uncomfortable and not safe for girls. My personal recommendation is to choose a different area for your Mallorca vacation than S'Arenal. If you choose to stay here you're really missing out on all of Mallorcas beauty. I would rather do Palma Nova if you like it busy like S'Arenal - or else I recommend Illetas or Portals Nous.
