Worst experience

This hotel was completely unwilling to work with us concerning a date mistake, refused to help us adjust or fix. Extremely unfriendly and unaccommodating. We were willing to pay an up charge for the mistake, bur they refused. Terrible experience, would not recommend to anyone.

Not advised hotel was two different buildings we were put in the old run down building. Booked for three adults because there were three single beds in the room according to photos and write up what we actually got was two single beds and a cot six inches off the floor fine for a child but not an adult. The bathroom was filthy hairs in the shower tray and floor. Towels left for use in the bathroom were hand towels. Reported a blocked shower drain never fixed water flooded the bathroom floor.

Das einzige was an dem Hotel gut war, war lediglich das Bett. Ansonsten defekte Balkon Türen, defekte Toiletten tür, Wasserschaden im Zimmer vorher gehabt, da alles aufgequollen. Verstopfter Abfluss der Dusche, was das duschen, schon fast unmöglich gemacht hat. Da keine Dusch Schale vorhanden, sondern gleich in den Raum gelaufen ist das Wasser.

Dès le premier jour, la chambre devait être prête à 14h ce qui n'était pas le cas la dame de ménage était en train de la faire. Je me retrouve non pas dans l'hôtel dans lequel j'avais réservé mais dans un bâtiment en face sans wifi ni climatisation (ventilateur payant 3€ par jour) et surtout pas comme dans les photos... vieux, mal insonorisé, balcon quasi communiquant avec les voisins .. Il y avait une porte fenêtre qui ne fermait pas, dans la salle de bain la douche ne s'écoule pas et des odeurs nauséabondes remontent.. les dames de ménage passent à 9h du matin et vous réveillent (tout comme les allemands fêtards).... puis elles ne passent plus... de plus le ménage est mal fait. Autre surprise à la piscine tout les transats sont cassés... et la piscine très sale, pas entretenue avec des remontés de produits de la piscine (chlore...) TOUT CA EN PLEIN MOIS D'AOÛT!

No recomendable para familia con niños

Para familia no es recomendable porque hay muchos jóvenes haciendo fiesta bulla vimos a jóvenes muy borrachos con botellas de alcohol la picina esta bien para bañarse y refrescarse, la habitación para estos días que fuimos hacia mucho calor no tenía aire acondicionado alquilamos por 3 euros una ventiladora que no funcionaba nos quedamos una noche

Frühstück sehr schlecht. Kaum Auswahl und Qualität nicht gut Bad war gut. Zimmer reicht um schlafen Service schlecht. Haben erst einige Tage nach unserer Ankunft Handtücher bekommen und da auch erst bei Nachfrage Pool nicht sauber Klimaanlage wäre gut gewesen (Ventilator wie Helikopter - sowohl Geräusche als auch Bewegung) Safe konnte man nicht benutzen, da kein Schlüssel vorhanden Fernseher auch nicht benutzbar Für Partyurlaub okay, aber das Frühstück müsste für den Preis von 5€ pro Person pro Tag verbessert werden!

Leider kann ich zu dem Hotel keine positive Bewertung abgeben. Das Hotelzimmer war dreckig, voller Ameisen, die Toilettentür konnte man nicht schließen. Die Terrassentür war mit einer Schraube abgesichert, damit sie "abgeschlossen" war. Ehrlich gesagt eine bodenlose Frechheit!
