Welcome to this one-floor beautiful house ideal for couples, with or without kids. You will love the furnished porch with a table and chairs where you can prepare a delicious meal at the mobile barbecue to enjoy with your dear ones.

As you enter, you'll find a cozy living-dining room with air conditioning, perfect for watching TV, listening to music, or simply relaxing on the sofa. The separate gas kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available. The house features three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. Each bedroom is equipped with its own electric radiator. For families with a baby, a cot and high chair are provided. The house also includes a bathroom with a bathtub.

S'Estanyol is a quiet area, but you will find restaurants and bars, and a little supermarket. Only 300 meters distance, there is a wonderful beach where you will feel like at paradise. Another 2km distance separates you from sa Ràpita, another lovely beach with more range of services. Don't miss visit the idyllic Es Trenc beach, only 6km from you, famous for its white sand and crystalized water. We also recommend visiting Palma, where you will be able to do tourist routes from there, cultural trips, or go shopping.
