Beautiful villa located in Lloret de Vistalegre, in a quiet area, ideal for relaxing during your holidays. A car is recommended for greater comfort. The property has a private swimming pool and a large terrace with sun loungers, outdoor furniture and a barbecue.



The villa offers 5 bedrooms with capacity for up to 9 guests, although one of them does not have full privacy; one bedroom is located on the ground floor and the other four on the upper floor. It also features 3 full bathrooms, a spacious dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Inside, the house has underfloor heating, ideal for maintaining a pleasant temperature during the winter months.



The house is located away from city noise, but is well connected by motorway to Palma and the main tourist attractions of the island, making it a good option to enjoy a holiday in Mallorca.
