Situated in a quiet, family-friendly area, this terraced house offers 4 bedrooms distributed over two floors. The first floor features a living-dining room, kitchen, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and access to a panoramic terrace with a covered porch and barbecue area. There is also a covered outdoor laundry room. The lower floor has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the lower terrace, you will find a small private pool and four sun loungers. The property has 160 m² and accommodates 8 people, ideal for family getaways. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), washing machine, and TV with Chromecast. The main highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a spacious covered terrace and barbecue. The views from the terrace are unmatched.
