Villa Alta Vista is a magnificent holiday home, located in the quiet urbanization of Serra Brava, just 3 km from Cala Canyelles beach. Villa Alta Vista is suited for a group of 10 people or two families, because it has 2 fully equipped kitchens with all appliances and 2 living/dining rooms, each with access to their own balcony/terrace. The house is made up of 3 floors, connected via an internal staircase. Entering through the front door on the middle floor, you find a spacious living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (shower and toilet). On the top floor you find the master-bedroom with a private terrace and bathroom (bathtub, toilet and bidet). The lower floor consists of a living room, American kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (each with shower and toilet, one with extra bidet). All 5 bedrooms and the dining room on the lower floor have air conditioning (on request to be paid on arrival 28 euro/ day) and there is a washing machine and iron set on the lower floor. Around the house you find on several levels a lot of different plants and (fruit) trees, a spacious sun terrace with a 60 M2 swimming pool, outside shower (hot/cold water) and BBQ. Below the terrace is an separate garden with a small jeux-des-boules lane. There is plenty of parking place right in front of the house. Build on a mountain, the house on the back has great privacy and from all levels you can admire the wonderful, continuous changing distant views (“Alta Vista”) of the forest hills and sea. Distance to the closest beach (Cala Canyelles) is 3 km. Just a few minutes drive you find Lloret de Mar, which has everything to offer for young and old. Also near is the more quiet Tossa de Mar with its old castle. Girona Airport at 30 km (25 min drive), Barcelona Airport at 90 km (1 hour and 10 minutes drive) and Blanes train station at 8 km.
