Nice located hotel with nice view dont get me wrong. On the cleanliness side it was more then terrible. We change room 15 minutes after we check in because our room smell terrible. It was smelling like mold. (See attached pictures if possible) The hallway to go at your room if very unclean. Its unfortunate because the pool and view from dining area is amazing. If you are sensitive to clean places DO NOT GO THERE!

Do NOT book with this hotel. They offered the room next door, which still has issues with the property conditions. Not just the room, the hotel itself does not meet the standards it set for itself in the photos it has shared on Expedia. There is a weird smell in the room. They told us the conditions are not their responsibility due to these rooms being “recently renovated” and to contact Expedia (but we have picture of the hotel and room that prove otherwise). We just want our full refund so that we’re able to book somewhere else without the financial burden. This is a decision we’ve made after careful thought and consideration, something we wish we did not have to do.

We are so glad we booked here for a 1 night stay and wish we had been able to stay longer. The staff are fantastic and can’t do enough for you. The hotel and grounds are lovely and the views are outstanding. The breakfast was nice an enough choice for all. We will definitely be back and booking a longer trip with a sea view!

Booked a comfort triple room with partial sea view. There was no aspect of comfort to the tired old room with three single beds crammed so tight you could barely get between. No space in bathroom to put any toiletries. Shower looked so awful I couldn’t bring myself to use it. A partial view means walking outside to the overgrown ‘terrace’ turning 45 degrees and glimpsing the ocean. When I questioned the unfriendly front of house staff if we were in right room she said yes it was a ‘lateral’ view of the sea. Speaking of staff the woman at the front was rude and patronising, not just to me but aggressive to another group and yelled at a young exhausted guest to move her car - even though there is NO parking available, despite being charged €13. Felt like an old people’s home filled with scary mismatched decor. There is far better in Lloret.

The staff was friendly & helpful. I could see the Castle from my balcony & the bed was comfortable. I loved the brunch. The chef served fresh eggs & pancakes daily. The pool was fantastic & there was live entertaining every night. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Lloret de Mar.

The property is located in an amazing setting! Beautiful views, great outdoor and indoor common spaces! Pool is great as well and all other restaurant and bar facilities! However- the rooms are a completely different story! Small, dark and full of moisture! It’s a shame that a really nice property like this doesn’t have matching rooms to the overall feel!

We truly enjoyed our stay, the staff is amazing, very attentive, they all speak English. The property was clean but all the furniture needs updating, some chairs were broken, the one in our room was dangerous to sit on. The view from the pool and patio were amazing, we would highly recommend this hotel.

Was surprised by the high reviews on this property so I decided to give it a chance. It is cheap, but you get what you pay for, and nothing more. I booked a two bed room months in advance and when we arrived they said they were sold out of that room. The room they put us in looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I wore my shoes in the room because my feet would get so dirty if I didn’t. It was also moldy and musty in our bathroom. They charge you for use of safe in your room. The housekeeping also entered our room multiple times without announcing themselves and would often do it so early, it would wake us up. Staff was extremely unfriendly and quick to rush you out as well. The landscaping is beautiful and that would be my only positive comment.
