'Villa Casa Segunda', situated in the town of Lliria, is perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The 120 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an en suite shower room that can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Additional amenities include fiber optic Wi-Fi, air conditioning (living room only), a ceiling fan in each room, heating, a washing machine, a dryer, as well as a TV with a DVD player. A baby cot and a high chair are also available upon request.



As an addition for 2025, the Cinema Room has now been completed. This room is fitted with comfy sofas, curtains, an 86" 4K TV, a 3D DVD Blu-ray player, and a surround sound system so you can watch your favorite films from the DVD collection. The room is fully soundproof and is fitted with its own toilet and kitchen.

Beautifully presented, modern villa with a spacious, well kept out door area which was great for the kids to play in. The pool was a very good size and very clean. Our boys were in it all day, every day! Lisa was a great host. She kept in touch before and during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend Villa Casa Segunda and would love to return.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. It was spotlessly clean throughout and in a lovely quiet location, only about 30 minutes from Valencia centre — perfect for a peaceful base while still being close enough for day trips into the city.We were really impressed by how well-stocked everything was: plates, cups, cutlery, toilet rolls, washing-up liquid — all the little essentials you don't want to have to think about on holiday were already there.This is a brilliant villa for families. Our child absolutely loved the cinema building, and the swimming pool was a really good size for cooling off and having fun. There's also loads of outdoor space to run around, plus room to play golf and football, which kept everyone entertained.Honestly, we couldn't have asked for much more. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, family-friendly villa near Valencia.
