Great place to stay for the money! Bed was comfy, room was clean and staff was very accommodating. My only "con" was that there isn't a coffee maker in the room, however there is one in the office if needed. We will stay here again

This is always my go to stay when visiting Enchanted Rock, Inks Lake and the Llano/Burnet area. The owners are very nice and always welcoming every time I come down to explore. The rooms are perfect for somewhere pleasant, safe, clean, convenient to everything and all the amenities that you need without breaking the bank and another plus is that? Cooper’s BBQ is right across the street. It’s nice to look forward to your stay along with the adventure and it’s like this every time.

The room is great for a bed and shower., nothing fancy but met our needs. Be aware that they only have rocu tv....no cable. You do get to park by your door and the bed was comfortable.
