Breakfast was superb, staff were great. The parking was easy to find and felt secure. Comfy bed and pillows. Everything you wanted was there only very slight negative was the squeaky floor boards. Would recommend this hotel.

Excellent breakfast, with good healthy choices. Great seafront location. Bedroom was rather tired and a bit battered, but it was an economy room at a decent price, so what can you expect? Probably would upgrade the room next time.

Room was a good size single, nice and warm with a comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great buffet breakfast offering all breakfast items. Nice bar with a superb sea view which wasn't overpriced. Entertainment offered in the ballroom a couple of nights a week. Has an indoor pool but didn't use it. All in all a great stay.

The property in beautiful and in a beautiful location. Good it had swimming pool facilities. The one. Otitis is the Y close the pool at 6pm. I loved my bathroom as I had choice of a bath and a shower. I don’t like these places which just offer a shower . It should be a must of a bath with a shower. Also it would have been nice for breakfast and dinner to be included. Breakfast and dinner were expensive, so I either ate elsewhere or bought something in the bar. The staff were polite and friendly

On arrival the main parts of the hotel look very presentable, restaurant, bar and reception all look good. However my room I would say looks very tired, arts ceiling with fluff hanging down from it, “water stains” up the wall, bathroom looking tired. Bed and bedding was absolutely fine and spotless but the room could have done with some TLC and redecorating. Llandudno must be very competitive for hotels and this is a busy hotel with what appears to be a constant turnover of guests,
