Great hotel near the Bay that provided a really nice hotpot, water, instant coffee or tea, and biscuits which was greatly appreciated. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was updated with great shower.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The updated parts of the hotel are very nice however our room was very tired/outdated. Hopefully the renovation will continue so it will match the standard of hospitality .

Very accomadating

I had made a mistake with my booking and booked for the wrong day, the hotel were very accomadating and allowed us to book an extra night. We were travelling with two young children and the staff made a big deal out of them which they loved. The hotel is slap bang in the center of the peer just as advertised. Would recommend to others.

Lovely ocean view from our window. Wear earplugs because the seagulls like to tap on it at 5:30am, expecting to be fed (or draw the curtains). Appreciated the onsite parking. Overall, basic, small room, decent bed, nice hot shower and a very pleasant time.

Great one night stay a the Central Hotel to visit the theatre - Venue Cymru whitch situated very conveniently close to the hotel. Twin room was very comfortable with lovely sea view. Room and bathroom very clean. Shower powerful and easy to use. Plentiful supply of tea, coffee, bottled water and bisuits etc.The gentleman on reception was very polite and helpful on check-in.

Overall it was an extremely pleasant stay,staff,food,cleanliness all good. The only suggestion i would make is to fit "grab handles "to help when getting in and out of the bath.I did bring it to a member of staff who said it would be done.I would definitely recommend this hotel.
