Colin and Sandra were perfect hosts, nothing being too much trouble, Breakfasts were excelent, hot tasty and cooked to order. Lovely stay. Staff caring and friendly. Rooms excellent with comfy beds. My only problem was, at 81 And staying on the second floor, I found the stairs a bit of a challenge. Having private parking was an advantage, but I would still recommend anyone to stay here.

The best stay in Llandudno. The couple who run the place are the most gracious and accommodating hosts. From warm welcomes to scrumptious breakfast to the period correct decor of the building… we cannot recommend this place enough. An easy 10/10!
