This was a modern, professionally run hotel. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Ideal location a 10 min walk into town but the Craig y Don atea has lovely places to eat and drink. We fad a gorgeous meal in the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

It was just the overall of our stay.. staff were so helpful and pollute and the shower was fantastic and the shampoo and shower lotion that was provided… the breakfast was lovely in fact I couldn’t fault. You do get your moneys worth and only over road from sea..

Hotel is tired in the need of maintenance painting & decorating new carpets. Cleaning ok but in my room lamp and phone dusty . Bathroom was new hot shower. All staff work hard and friendly. Breakfast was ok sasages were not very nice .I stayed at this hotel four years ago and the Breakfast was excellent

An all-round excellent experience. Check-in was speedy and effortless, and supported by lovely reception lady who was super helpful and friendly throughout stay; Highly professional, helpful staff throughout the hotel; lovely selection at breakfast and beautifully presented cooked food to order; truly lovely food options for evening dinner, served by welcoming staff. Room was similarly finished to the highest standards and super comfortable and clean. Housekeeping staff even nipped in during breakfast first morning and turned everything around and added new supplies, towels, coffee, etc. immaculate!
