Ideal location for a stay in llandudno

The hotel is in a great location for a stay in Llandudno. We were welcomed at the property and the room albeit cozy was clean and tidy. Breakfast was included, which was basic but a welcome addition to the booking.

Our Stay At "The Beach House".

Had a lovely week here with my wife and daughter. We had a large room at the front which had a double and single bed and a lovely onsuite bathroom. We also had a lovely sea view from our window. The owner was very pleasant and lovely to talk to. Smashing cooked breakfast every morning and a nice and relaxed atmosphere all round. Would easily stay there again :-)

Found hotel quite by accident on a website but it was a good find. Staff where great, very welcoming & helpful. Location was ideal for access to the busy end of the town & its amenities will definitely return again

A lovely stay. Great service and much better breakfast. Location is just right to be quiet but just a short walk to the pier, prom and bars.

Excellent B&B. Sue is amazing host. Quick checkin, excellent and mentioning the most fun places around. Great Breakfast made to order as per guest request. Nothing is too much effort. The rooms are clean and Tidy, with water, coffee and hot chocolate with marshmallows too. Overall a great place to stay.. and very close to the promenade.

Great stay and breakfast

The breakfast was excellent every day, the room and hotel is very clean, the staff are very helpful and even took me back to my car on arrival when I had parked a good distance away from the hotel. The only faults I could find was the door had to be slammed to be locked and occasionally the shower went cold but then warmed back up again. Thank you very much, I enjoyed my stay!

The location was great as it very close to the pier and tramway and about 15 mins walk to Llandudno station. Sue who runs the place is great and was accommodating to my needs. Everyone there were splendid. The rooms were made up every day and had complimentahot drinks and some chocolates. The breakfast was good too which was made to your order. The only thing that made this stay less enjoyable was the toilet cubicle was rather small and the seat was loose.
