Small improvements would include accessibility access- we were on second floor which for us was fine, but for those with limited mobility no lift. Good welcome. Special request for room with a bath was met. Massive luxurious bedroom. Top end toiletries but dispensers could be lower down in bath area so they can be reached when bathing.
