Large terraced house with communal pool opened from june to september, located a few meters from Grifeu beach, in Llançà. It is distributed over three floors. Ground floor: has two double bedrooms, bathroom and garden area. First floor: spacious and very bright living-dining room, kitchen and terrace overlooking the pool. Attic floor: bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a toilet. Terrace on each floor, sea views from the last terrace and awning. Equipped with TV, oven and washing machine. Air conditioning in the main bedroom and in the attic floor. Includes outdoor parking. For 7 people. [hidden]
