It is located in the quiet urbanization of Fane de Baix, just 80 m. from the GR-92 cycle path that follows part of the coast of Cap de Creus, and about 400 m. from Platja del Cau del Llop, in Llançà. The Port of Llançà, where the main shops of the municipality are located, is located about 1,800 meters away. . It has 2 double bedrooms (1 with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed and a trundle bed), a large living-dining room with an open kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub.
