There is a small breakfast bar with stools which separates it from the dining room. Bright spacious lounge-dining room with table, armchairs, sofa-bed, TV, bookshelves and French windows leading to the terrace with outdoor furniture.
Communal utilities room with washing machine, shared with the downstairs apartment of the house. Pets not allowed.
