Grifeu 07 - Apartment with sea views

The apartment has an open-plan layout with a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and tableware. Lounge-dining room with decorative fireplace and French windows leading to the balcony outside which goes around the front and side of the building, with beautiful views of the sea and coast.

3 double bedrooms with single beds, separate or together. 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, and a second separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Outside on the terrace there is outdoor furniture: table and chairs, sun loungers.

Free parking space in the grounds. Communal washing machine in the laundry room (shared with the apartment downstairs).

Location

Grifeu beach is one of the most important beaches in the Llançà area. It offers a large number of services to visitors, and is also unique because it is the only beach with fine golden sand in this part of the Costa Brava.

From Grifeu you can join the coastal path which goes as far as El Port de la Selva, ideal for going on excursions with the family and exploring the hidden beauty spots of the Costa Brava.
