Exclusive house of 125m2 located in the town of Llagostera on the Costa Brava only 12km from the beach, 18km from Platja d'Aro and 20 minutes from Girona's Airport. It is distributed on one floor with a large outdoor area consisting of furniture, 9x4x2m private pool, hammocks for sunbathing and a barbecue. The 4 bedrooms have 3 double beds and 2 single beds. It has a complete bathroom with a shower, a toilet, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, fans, winter heating, fireplace, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, private parking and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free property and pets are allowed with an additional cost. At the entrance you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. Groups under 30 years old are not accepted. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
