Beautiful villa right by the water with three floors. On the first floor you will find the kitchen. Functional and well equipped with good work surfaces. Directly adjacent to the kitchen is a nice dining area and living room where you can enjoy quiet evenings in front of the fire. There is also a toilet here. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and a toilet. From one of the bedrooms you have access to the balcony. In the basement there is a large living room with 3 beds, bathroom and laundry room.



Lovely patio with sea view. Here you can sit and enjoy warm, pleasant days in the sun and have cozy barbecue evenings. Nice garden for the children to play in.





To see and do in Ljungskile and the surrounding area



A lovely bay for exciting fishing trips and refreshing swimming. The area is rich in walking paths for relaxing walks along Bohuslän's beautiful coast. Close to Uddevalla, a beautiful coastal town with many excursion destinations.



Also close to Gothenburg with shopping, entertainment and culture. Visit Liseberg or Universeum with the children. Visit any of the museums here. Stroll around town and shop. Yes, there is a lot to see and do.
