Discover our charming, newly built wooden holiday home in Ljugarn on the bright sunny island of Gotland, known as the region of Sweden with the most hours of sunshine. The modern holiday home is the perfect retreat for up to a maximum of 2 adults and 2-3 children up to the age of 18, surrounded by unspoilt nature and only 700m from the sea and its idyllic sandy beach. Let yourself be enchanted by the magical atmosphere of Gotland, from the beginning of May until well into October, where you can enjoy sunny days and mild temperatures.

Inside the non-smoking house, you will find a spacious living area comprising a kitchen, dining room and living room with a cosy fireplace. On the ground floor you will also find a guest room with two beds and a bathroom with shower. The upper floor houses a bedroom with a double bed and another large bedroom with 2 beds. The equipment is comfortable and modern, including TV, WII, BR player, coffee machine, toaster and much more to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The outside area of the property is characterised by a natural garden, which offers a meadow full of raspberries and blackberries from summer onwards. Two private car parks are available, and for outdoor enthusiasts there are bicycles and a well-equipped terrace with barbecue, table and chairs. Please note that the property does not offer charging facilities for electric cars and that pets and smoking are not allowed in the house.

The surroundings of Ljugarn invite you to numerous adventures. The house is only 700 metres from the beach, which can be reached via a path through the forest or short tracks. The nearby village not only offers a grocery shop, which is just a few minutes' walk away, but also a small harbour, restaurants, bakery and even a café with mini golf. Those interested in culture will love the World Heritage Site of the Hanseatic city of Visby and the Kneippbyn leisure park, the filming location for the Pippi Longstocking films. Sports enthusiasts can look forward to opportunities to play tennis and golf nearby.
