Hallway to the "back" part of the hotel where my room was located was a little shabby. And view out to courtyard was terrible, with lots of trash piled up in the courtyard below.

Comfortable stay

My room was clean, cosy, and comfortable. I only had breakfast once. It was quite busy when I went down but I got seated quickly and the choice of foods was good. The staff were excellent and I was very grateful to check in early after an early flight. One small point to note is the windows are single glazed. I happened to be staying when the marathon was on which meant the city was very noisy at all hours. I was woken up multiple times on Saturday by people partying outside until 4am. I recommend taking ear plugs!

Great stay with wonderful staff & fantastic breakfast. Valet parking was a absolute dream (thank you!). Rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean. Communal areas (corridors) were a bit unusual with doors that opened outwards and some decoration required but very small point. We had a very beautiful stay and look forward to returning.
