We stayed here for a week. Overall we had an ok stay. The apartment is on the top floor so it has a nice view, close enough to amenities and overall is a nice space. Unfortunately the listing description wasn't accurate (conflicting messaging on check-in times, no washing machine despite showing one in the photos). Cleanliness was ok when it came to sinks and toilet but the shower, radiators, floors etc were dirty. As soon as we opened the front door we were hit with strong smoke smell from cigarettes (admittedly this isn't the fault of the property but the neighbours would smoke downstairs and all of it would rise on the top level). We would not stay here again though, it served the purpose for us.

Great property, has everything you need for a city break, Incredible views and short walks to bus stops. Only thing to improve would be communication on payment. Expedia said payment would be taken 1 week before our stay however it was attempted to be taken about 1 month before. Other than this, communication was fantastic, very fast responses for any queries we had. Would stay again!

Die Kommunikation war holprig. Der Ansprechpartner hat mich mehrfach nicht verstanden oder behauptet, mich nicht zu verstehen, selbst schriftlich, wo er ihm fehlende simple Vokabeln einfach hätte nachschlagen können. Eine angeblich von ihm verschickte SMS mit dem Zugangscode kam nie an. Er war jedoch telefonisch sofort erreichbar, sodass der Check-in trotzdem problemlos funktioniert hat. Bei weitere Fragen und Problemen lief es dann aber nicht ganz so glatt.Es gab nur einen einzigen und zudem einzigen Kochtopf. Ansonsten hat die Küchenausstattung gepasst.Die FeWo an sich ist mega modern/neu und sehr sauber - ein krasser Kontrast zum restlichen Gebäude, das an die sozialistische Zeit erinnert. Perfekt!
