The first bedroom on this level is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, while the second bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and benefits from its own private shower and WC. An open kitchen on this floor is fully fitted and serves the ground-floor living spaces. A separate shower and WC is also available on this level for shared use.

On the upper floor, the layout mirrors the ground floor in its generous configuration. A second living and dining room, also featuring 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm, opens onto its own terrace and is equally well-appointed for relaxation.
