In the heart of Livorno, just a short walk from the sea and downtown, our cozy B&B is located in the charming Borgo Cappuccini neighborhood. It’s a lively and authentic area, perfect for experiencing the city through its history, street art, and excellent cuisine.

The apartment, which has just been renovated, is located on the second floor of a historic building (no elevator). It features two spacious and bright double bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom. The living room, complete with a sleeper sofa, opens onto a terrace overlooking the inner gardens—ideal for relaxing. There’s also a breakfast nook, a bathroom with a shower, and a workspace.

The location is strategic: 400 meters from the sea and close to major attractions such as the Terrazza Mascagni, the Aquarium, the Venice Quarter, and the ferries to the islands. Excellent connections to Pisa, Florence, and Lucca.

Nearby, you’ll find restaurants, supermarkets, and the Porta a Mare shopping center, with convenient parking. Bus stop 150 meters away; the train station is easily accessible.
