Schöner Ort

Wir waren jetzt bereits öfter an diesem Ort. Wir sind gerne dort, weil es ausreichend Platz gibt und wir uns dort sehr wohlfühlen. Das Haus ist direkt am Meer aber der Meerzugang ist schwierig aufgrund der Felden schwierig. Was stört ist der Geruch aus dem Badezimmer beim Schlafzimmer (es bedarf eines Geruchsfilters) und dass wir diesmal unseren Restmüll mitnehmen mussten, obwohl wir ihn regelmässig entsorgt hatten. Wird leider nur einmal wöchentlich abgeholt.

Beschreibung ist irreführend und falsch!

Objektbeschreibung: 4 Schlafzimmer! Bei Buchung zu 6, nimmt man an, dass diese Personen in 3 Doppelbetten mit jeweils einer Decke schlafen. Stock mit 2 Einzelbetten abgesperrt. Jugendherberge ist komfortabler.Angeblich 15m zum Meer bzw Strand. Tatsache: riesige Felsbrocken mit Algen und Muscheln bedeckt. Auf allen 4en um ins Meer zu gelangen. Sehr schlechtes Internet. Im Garten stinkt es nach Urin, Küche: kein einziges scharfes Messer, kein Mixer oder Schneebesen. Total überteuert! NIE WIEDER!!!

Dom w pięknym miejscu. wspaniały widok, doskonała lokalizacja dla osób, które zamierzają zwiedzać okolicę. Dom w starym stylu, bez nowoczesnych rozwiązań co nadaje mu szczególnego charakteru. Dużo przestrzeni, wygodnie. Ogromna kuchnia i jadalnia. W pełni wyposażony. Absolutnie wspaniały stary dom. Byliśmy 2 razy i będziemy w przyszłości. POLECAM

Dolce vita in Paradiso!!!

Wir reisen seit vielen Jahren im Sommer für drei Wochen ins Tamerici. Alles ist bestens! Haus, Lage direkt am Meer, das Dörfchen Quercianella mit allem, was man braucht... einfach paradiesisch!!!

leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Das Haus liegt wunderbar und man hat reichlich Platz. Leider ist innen drin alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das WC unten kann man nur alle 3-4 Stunden benutzen, da die Spülung sonst nicht funktioniert. Aus den Abflüssen riecht es gelegentlich. Töpfe, Teller und Besteck hat man mehr als genug, Tassen allerdings nur für 1 Frühstück (und auch nicht mit voller Belegung) UNBEDINGT gut lesen. Wir waren 6 Personen und es sollte das Dachgeschoss mit 4 Betten abgeschlossen werden.

Tolles altes toskanisches Haus

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einem typisch toskanischen Haus mit großem Garten und eigenen Zugang zum Meer. Küste ist dort sehr felsig und der Zugang zum Wasser sehr steinig und vom Haus mit vielen Stufen verbunden, also muss man gut zu Fuß sein. Ein gutes Mückenspray ist dringen zu empfehlen. Traumhaft sind mehrere Sitzplätze im Garten mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Die Nähe zur Eisenbahn hat uns nicht sehr gestört Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub.

Die Villa Tamerici erfüllt alle erdenklichen Wünsche und Träume! Gepflegt, sauber, Traumlage, nette, freundliche, sympathische Vermieter... einfach alles perfekt!!! Kommen seit Jahren immer wieder gerne in dieses Paradies zurück!

schöne alte Villa in toller Lage

Villa Tamerici ist ein toller Rückzugsort direkt am Meer. Entspannung pur, wenn man sich nicht an teilweise schlechten Gerüchen stört, die in dieser alten Villa nicht ganz abzustellen sind. Für Kinder sind die Treppen zum Meer zu gefährlich, nur für Erwachsene zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder!
