On the ground floor, you will find a bright and spacious living room with a television, offering direct access to the garden and the private patio. This level features 1 double bedroom and 1 room with 2 beds. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, dishwasher, 5 induction hot plates, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, all complemented by a dining table for shared meals.
