Just Okay for Price Paid

The room was so-so. vinyl flooring under ac unit was patched together. room was warm upon arrival. ac took long time to cool. tv was in bad location and not adjustable. I could barely see the TV from the bed. If I would have been able to rotate the screen some, it would have been great, but the wall mount would not allow me to do so. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good quality but there were few choices. I had stayed in another Holiday Inn Express in Beaumont, TX the day before and everything about that hotel except the friendliness of the staff was better. In that regard, the staff was the same at both locations. This just seems like an older property in need of some upgrades. I expect better quality for the price I paid to stay here.

Staff was very friendly,the Hotel was kept clean, Breakfast was good but could have been made bigger,the bathroom had just a little lighting around the mirror,which could have been more with a few canned lights. I guess still all and all. I would stay there again
