First time we stay at this hotel. The property was clean and appeared well kept. Our room was also very clean as was the lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did have to leave a one hundred dollar deposit, we found that a bit unusual and our room was extremely cold. We had to turn on the heater.... and it was 97 degrees outside. The breakfast seemed "ok", we went to Denny's instead.

There was an issue with the air conditioner. It was not working properly with the thermostat on the wall. The front desk lady came to the room and got it working. It was late, around 10:00 PM. She was very nice, promptly answered the phone, and came to fix it herself.
