Apartment 'Larice' with Mountain View, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

The holiday apartment Appartamento Larice with step-free access and interior is located in Livigno and boasts direct access to the ski slopes. The 54 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a smart TV with streaming services. A baby cot is also available. This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning.

Chalet Ale is located in the heart of Livigno, a few steps from the lively atmosphere of clubs and stores, directly on the ski lifts.

It is a new construction, with bright spaces, furnished in modern alpine style, which is about 400 m from the cross-country ski slope and the beautiful cycle-pedestrian path that crosses the village, reaching the lake along the banks of the river Spòl.

Our modern, cozy apartments are available on the ground or second floor (no elevator). Each apartment is fully equipped, with a kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven and kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hair dryer and bidet. The apartments have a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV.

We also offer bed and bath linens (1 beach towel, 1 face towel and 1 bidet towel per person).
