very poor hotel for the price £180 for one night

room was very basic i didnt like the glass around the toilet not very dignified when with a new partner, plus the breakfast wasnt free i paid £16 to find out it was only for a bacon sausage or egg sandwich

Good location but downhill from there. The room was tiny and only really fit for 1 person not a couple. The bed was against the wall so you had to climb over your partner to get in or out. The bathroom is a glass box which is open so unless you are used to do your business 2 foot from your partner, it’s not pleasant. The bed was like a slab of concrete so we hardly slept a wink. Tiny pillows for some reason. Thank goodness it was only 1 night.

Clean property no complaints there. The staff were also good with us and a very straight forward check in. The room was quite small, we went for a room without window. It felt like a student room with how small it was but for 1 night only it was ok to be fair. The bed was quite hard, not the comfiest. Very quiet though in the room no outside noises and came with Location is great, Matthew street is a few mins walk.

Great comfortable room with great walk in shower & efficient/quiet room AC that cooled my room -- I personally love a Low Temperature room as it's better for Sleeping -- Z Hotel will definitely be my 1st Choice next time I am staying in Liverpool.

Efficient staff. The room was nice and comfortable for a single person booked reservation. Probably selected the hotel on satisfactory reviews posted, location and cost for a weekend stay to visit Chester and Wrexham to meet up with friends.

The website needs to give you some more information because we weren’t expecting a room that was so small that you had to sit on the toilet to put your shoes on. There’s no chair there’s nothing it’s so small. I will never stay there again. for the most part, the employees were helpful as they can be, but it was just way too small. You could hardly turn around. and if you want to use a washcloth, you will have to bring your own. They want you to use hand towels as washcloths. and they only clean your room every other day. and the TV goes in and out because they’re on satellite so what it does is it will stay on for a couple seconds and all of a sudden the sound will go away and if the picture will freeze, and then it comes back on for a couple seconds, it’s hard to watch a movie.

I was so lucky to come across The Z Hotel - the concept of an extremely well-laid out compact design complete with all mod cons and comforts - at an unbelievably affordable price. This was literally across the street from one of Liverpool's most notable attractions: The Cavern Club; and it was just blocks from the docks, the City Centre, and the train stations. The staff (shout out to Camille) was helpful, friendly, nice, and went above and beyond expectations. I wish there were Z Hotels all over the world.
