Spare bed was horrific! Matress so thin and nasty, being poked so bad by springs my 12yo autistic son had to sleep with me and my wife. No spare pillows, flat as a pancake was not enough 1 each. Reception offered a spare 4.5tog duvet as a matress topper to hide the springs.. had to email complaints as staff no longer deal with them either

Very spacious room with lots of storage. Breakfast was lovely but we did ask if there was any chance of an early breakfast for 2 of our party (toast and cereal) as they had to leave early for a dance convention, but we're told this was not an option. Lots of TV channels and free parking was a bonus. Couple of negatives - bathroom lock didn't work, the quilt for the sofa bed was smaller than the bed so not really fit for purpose,

This was my first bad experience here. Room was very warm and the fan provided didnt cool and had months of dirt on it. Cups hadnt been cleaned from previuos occupier and wifi as well as televsion signal dropped Other visits have been much better

Our second stay in the last month and we'll be back again. My daughter loves the swimming pool, and the bar and food are good too. Rooms are really big. The blonde girl with glasses is excellent at her job. Loads of free parking is great.

The hotel itself was beautiful we’d been put in a suite which was very spacious with all amenities available, the receptionist on check in was a bit rude I’d emailed about late check out & was told a 1pm check out had been added to our booking and to just pay at reception but she refused and said there wasn’t any availability so we had to check out at 11am that was the only negative in our experience. The night guard was lovely went to get us a bucket of ice when we came back & was very pleasant!! Also the young girl on check out this morning was very polite we would return :)
