Disappointing, more space in a Premier Inn room.

I was generally quite disappointed with The Halyard, basically a Premier Inn with more fixtures. The bed was extremely comfortable with beautiful crisp white bed linen. The room has this metal divider which serves as some sort of wardrobe. This divider cuts the room in half and makes the room feel tiny with no spare space and no space to house luggage comfortably. I was extremely disappointed with the room’s size and ruined the buzz of staying in a so called 4.5 star hotel.

Weekend family break in my home town

The staff at reception are lovely and very focused on you, friendly and attentive. Pete saved the day for me and he knows why! Thank you for being responsive to an external noise issue which wasn’t good. It also was not any fault of the hotel. The food is gorgeous, tapas in the restaurant and is of a high quality. The Spanish style throughout and in the rooms and restaurant is elegant and contemporary. Breakfast was perfect! Loved this place!

April Stay

This is the first time I’ve stayed at The Halyard Liverpool. Its first-class rating is well-deserved, thanks to the staff, who are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are excellent, and the overall vibe of the hotel is perfect. I’ll definitely be back.
