False advertising - The images on the website do not match the reality (see attached photos). This isn't a minor difference it is incomparable. What is being advertised here is not actually what you get. Cleanliness - the accommodation was unclean, in fact it was the most unclean accommodation I have ever been to. (see attached photos). There where bags of rubbish on the outside area, flies, dirty rags and rubbish left in the property. Safety - The front door to the accommodation block wasn't locked and couldn't be locked meaning anyone from the street could walk into the block. The apartment itself also was not locked upon our arrival we pushed the door and could just walk in. (There was a key to lock it and a latch but upon arrival but again it didn't show it was a safe and secure place for me to stay with my young son).
Compare this to the advertised image. There were flies around the rubbish bags.

I had a very disappointing experience with this booking. The apartment was in poor condition, felt uninhabitable, and did not match the description or photos on the listing. Basic standards of cleanliness and safety were not met, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. This experience fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend it. I am still awaiting a fair resolution and refund
