Overall ok stay

Overall stay was good however there was an issue with check in, never received the details to check into the property and had to contact a number of times to get the details sent to me. Customer service however was very good and polite. When we arrived the alarm was going off in the property and we were not able to stop it. Finally after a few attempts we managed to stop it after 4 hours. Overall though, property was nice and clean, quiet and comfortable. Once the check in process is reviewed I would recommend this property

Value

Had some issues with the check in but the customer service team were very helpful. It's a house converted for use as individual rooms but no problem with that. Location is great - literally a minute from Smithdown Road and all its assorted restaurants. The en-suite room was spacious and airy. Only very minor issue was as it is a shared house with no daily housekeeping, there was some litter in common areas left by other guests.
