It was a last minute decision to stay over on a Sunday Bank Holiday weekend due to Northern Rail cancelling all evening trains home. I didn't want to spend a fortune so this double room came up. Staff were very friendly, room 22 was clean and quiet. Would happily stay again.

It is a nice hostel, with a great cost-benefit ratio. The facilities are good and the rooms are comfy. The curtains over each bed even provide some privacy. The kitchen and game room are available and you can have a nice chat with people from all over the world.

it was 8 dorm but room is very wide, so it was not suffocated at all. bedding was also clean and nice. and very quiet but still close to the main street :) if I go to Liverpool again, I will def stay this hostel again.

Great location- walking distance for the uni, train stations and city centre. Check in/check out was quick and easy. Defenetely a hostel to come back after the experience I had....I could say might look a bit classic in some areas but when is about comfort and providing good rest certainly beats many competitors.... I recommend to anyone who is interested to find a 5 star hotel packed in a hostel....
