The room was quite small but nicely laid out with good wardrobe space and excellent bathroom and shower. Staff were polite, attentive and happy to help with anything and always with a smile. The lovation is handy for town, Liverpool One and the docks and waterfront. Extremely good, would stay again, highly recommended.

The hotel is in a great location for attractions and restaurants etc. The staff were very friendly and approachable . Our door didn’t open first time but the locked was fixed immediately. The rooms feel a little worn now but the bed was comfy and the room was clean.

Well positioned hotel with short walk to great shops and bars. Nearby car park with discounted rates which were good for a city centre. Cost us £8 for 24 hours. Nice room, quiet and comfy. Smallish shower room but it was good. Plenty of toiletries. Staff were friendly. Check-in was fast and efficient. Breakfast was busy so glad we booked a time. Good variety with cooked to order hot food. Tea/coffe biscuits and crisps in the room. Loved it here. Will book again
