Lovely building, bed was nice and comfy. The room needed some TLC, was feeling a bit tired and there was a leak by the bathroom tap and kitchen tap. The check in codes were a bit glitchy and our room key locked us out mid-stay, so had to wait outside for someone to bring a new key - the team were responsive to this though and got it to us within 10 mins. Very convenient location

Excellent communication with staff. Excellent, central location near bars and a 24hr supermarket. Room was very tired and needed decorating. Air con didn’t work, shower door did not stay closed so difficult to have a shower without soaking the floor.

Comfortable modern room, although toilets roll holder and lamps were on the verge of falling off, there was a loud banging for 30-45 mins ish at early hours and there was a big wet patch in the kitchen when we arrived. But for a short trip for comfort and the cheap price also close by everything, I would stay again.

2 small problems on arrival, code to get in the door didn’t work and there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling. Staff came promptly to assess the situation and did everything to help, even as far as to offer to swap rooms. Could not fault staff at all, very helpful young man. Not far to city centre, everything we needed in the surrounding streets. Would stay again

I’ve stayed at various Epic properties in Liverpool and this was by far the worst one, the walls were chipped and the windows didn’t open. This was a surprise as all the other properties are very well maintained
