Good location and easy check in/out. Room tired - cracked floor tiles in bathroom, leaking shower door, damaged bathroom door and room needs redecorating and refurbishment. Staff helpful and prompt reaction to missing TV remote. Quiet location but quite noisy from neighbouring flats/rooms. Comfy bed and air conditioning good.

Check in card did not work. Staff member arrived promptly but then we discovered that there were no towels. It was almost midnight and we had travelled for six hours. We were looking forward to some sleep but had to wait 15 minutes to get into the room and a further ten to hace à shower

The room itself was really Great, no faults other than the sofa bed was well overdue an upgrade, took us a while to get it right and couldn’t sit on the sofa when it was closed away due to it leaning. Made for an ok nights sleep for 1 person but I’d be in fear of it collapsing if there were 2 on it. Creaky as hell too. Bed sheets were clean but definitely had a unique aroma. Despite this would stay again, was a really cute apartment with nice private courtyard.

Lovely building, bed was nice and comfy. The room needed some TLC, was feeling a bit tired and there was a leak by the bathroom tap and kitchen tap. The check in codes were a bit glitchy and our room key locked us out mid-stay, so had to wait outside for someone to bring a new key - the team were responsive to this though and got it to us within 10 mins. Very convenient location
