Was severely disappointed with this hotel. Stayed here for one night on business, Oct 2025. The staff were efficient and nice enough. But that was where it ended unfortunately. The hotel rooms are spacious but the whole place feels run down and tired and in desperate need of a refurb. The food options aren't great and the place was noisy. I was also looking forward to a swim in the pool. I arrived late so had missed the opportunity, but I was then told I'd need to book and pay for a slot to use it in the morning. I've stayed in more hotels than I can remember and can honestly say I can't recall ever being charged to use facilities such a s pool as a guest. Just feels opportunistic and cheap, especially for a brand as large and well-known as Hilton. Business prevented me from booking in the end but unsure if I would have stuck around even if I could have. The whole experience has made me less inclined to use Hilton in future.
