The reception staff were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel is a short walk to the centre and the availability of parking is definitely a bonus. We have stayed here many times and will continue to do so in the future.

All the staff we interacted with were really friendly. The prices in the bar were good for a hotel and the free, easy parking was the biggest positive. A really good stay. The bathroom was tiny but didn't make our stay any worse.

This hotel is perfect if all you want from a hotel is somewhere clean, convenient and friendly to stay while you visit the area or attend a conference at the nearby ACC. Rooms are small but perfectly adequate, breakfast is better than expected, free parking and genuinely friendly staff.

I have stayed at this hotel several times before & will return again. There are ample car parking spaces & it’s conveniently placed for driving to my usual place of work when I visit Liverpool. Been to the Dolby quit a few times over the years. Free parking, helpful staff, clean basic room as a base. Just wish the bathrooms were bigger and no step to get to them. Over all very good value for money.

Great place to stay if you want to visit the city and need parking..easy stroll to waterfront attractions and city centre. Lovely staff. Yes, bathroom is tiny but we expected that. We stayed on top floor in Rm 202 with a view over docks
