Staff were really helpful, Hotel was on the whole excellent. I only have a minor quibble about the bathroom (229) - a floor tile was badly cracked which gave the appearance of not having been cleaned, and the bathroom door was showing its age at the bottom, i.e. the wood veneer was 'rotting' away
