Pleasant staff, pleasant family friendly and weekend getaway facilities. Room comfort needed an upgrade however. Swimming pool and reception, restaurant staff all very friendly and concerned, they all were very helpful and polite. A definite come back to hotel. Thank you.

Lovely hotel with easy access to town centre and the mersey front , attentative staff. Spacious rooms with Comfortable beds with good pillows . Enjoyed the pool unfortunately the jacuzzi was being repaired. Will definitely stay again.

My colleagues stayed here for the Labour party conference and said it was easy to park and within a good walking distance of the conference venue and the staff were very friendly with one commenting they had a spectacular view of the Liver building and River Mersey.
