The open plan living area comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, as well as a dining table, sofa, armchair and a smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment, perfect for those that need to work, and keeping connected on social media. The spacious bedroom features plenty of storage space for clothes and a comfortable double bed with crisp hotel linen. There is a modern family bathroom with a shower over bath, and complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels are provided for your use. There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 or 4 guests when booking)

Please note if you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.



Late check-in fees:

· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 charge.

· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 charge.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
