Room was clean, the receptionist was very helpful, only marked down slightly due to no air con in the room. Can't help when we have a heatwave but would be good to have Aircon in the rooms when it does hit, which is becoming more frequent

We didn’t use the amenities as we just needed a bed for the night and quick check-in and getaway. Location was great for us, close to a relative we were picking up before heading out to Manchester airport. We enjoyed chatting in (rusty) German with the friendly lady on the front desk. Forgot her name unfortunately. Would definitely use the hotel again and will recommend to other visitors coming to the area from overseas.
