Did not take breakfast with room rate. Small room, very tired, needs updating. Lots of dusty areas eg lamps ledges. Terrible mattresses, so uncomfortable, we both had awful sleep, pillows hard and lumpy. One person on bar duty, lots of guests waiting quite some time for service.

Nice clean room. Parking worked out ok, just up the road. The bathroom is small but adequate. The view of the Mersey and the Liver building was nice. The staff were helpful however when I called to ask about parking, they could have been more specific with the location of the car park. It might also have been helpful to have been informed there would be road closures the following morning due to the Santa Dash taking place.

Room dated. The walls are paper thin. The room next door was up all night having a party by the sounds of it. Went and asked reception to have a word but they weren't interested in helping.

The room was clean the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was reasonably priced and near all the attractions and restaurants with shopping close by. I would recommend this hotel to my friends

Location was perfect and the view from our room was amazing. The room was also very spacious and clean. It was also handy to be able to pay for parking in the hotel rather than in the car park - especially in the cold and rain. Only negatives were the bed was advertised as a double bed but it was two single beds pushed together which wasn’t very comfortable due to the dip in the middle. Also the walls were very thin so we could hear our neighbours.

Although it said on site parking it was 10 minute walk to the car park which you paid £14 it was not guaranteed if the car park was full and you didn’t get a refund I was told that the hotel served food till late but when I asked for a menu at around 9.00pm they could only offer room service which was cheese pizza or macaroni cheese we also had no heating in the room they bought a couple of temporary heaters which was good unfortunately not what we had expected

It took us 20 minutes to check in and we were the only ones there and once arriving in our room there was left over food in the fridge that made the room have a bad odour.

the room was clean and tidy with a lovely view of the mersey river, bathroom a little cramped. The hotel very well placed a short walk from Albert dock, Mathew street and Liverpool One shops.
