All staff were friendly. Rooms were spacious- with large comfortable beds. Coffee machine was an added bonus. Close to Liverpool One Shopping Centre, bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again

Staff were extremely helpful especially Beth on the front desk. Rooms are clean everything you could need in there. Only thing I would recommend is fridges in the room.
